Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Items returned or exchanged must be:

  • Unused and complete with all original components
  • In their original packaging and in resaleable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Returned with any free items supplied with the product

Important for LCD screens: All LCD screens must be tested by connecting the flex cable before completing full installation. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after full installation.

Defective Items

If an item is defective or not working properly, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. After this period, no exchange or refund will be provided.

This coverage does not apply to damages caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Accidental damage or contact with liquids
  • Consumables (adhesives, tools, etc.) beyond 14 days

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please click here and provide your order number and email address. Once your request is submitted, our team will respond within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday).

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Card refunds may take up to 10 working days.
